2014 BTRDA Championship dates …
2014 is the 61st year of the BTRDA Gold Star and Silver Star Rally championships. We are pleased that REIS are continuing as the title sponsor and the popular TV coverage of each event that they support will again include a separate 30 min programme featuring the 1400s and Rally First crews, leaving more time in the 1 hour programme to cover the Gold Star, Silver Star and Historic Cup crews.
Registration for the BTRDA Rally Series includes membership of the BTRDA (British Trial & Rally Drivers Association) which is an invited club to all championship events. For those crews using 2 wheel drive cars up to 2000cc it also includes automatic registration for the MSA English Rally Championship which runs on 6 of the BTRDA Rally Series events during the year.
The total registration / membership fee is £75 for a crew (driver & co-driver registering together) or £50 for individual drivers and £40 for individual co-drivers. Registration and membership is free for competitors under 25 years of age in their first year with BTRDA.
The BTRDA Rally Series gives a choice of 9 cracking 1 day forest events. The final championship results will be based on your best 6 scores from the first 8 events started. The advantage for competitors is that you can miss an event for business or family without it reducing your scoring opportunities.
